About The JobHR Specialist – TEMPORARY CONTRACTFor our HR team based in Milan, we are looking for an HR Specialist. During this experience, you'll be part of a super dynamic team where the core mission is to boost people power.

You'll have the possibility to work closely with the HR Business Partner supporting them on different projects and activities. Are you willing to take the challenge? About the jobYou'll support the HR team on the following activities:Support on the HR admin activitiesSales agents management that includes monitoring agent performance and providing feedback for improvement, handling agent inquiries and resolving any issues that arise, maintaining accurate records of agent activities and performance metrics, assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new agents. You will have the opportunity to work alongside HR Business Partners in business support activities and HR project management.
