Short Intro and About the Job HR Specialist – TEMPORARY CONTRACT For our HR team based in Milan, we are looking for an HR Specialist. During this experience, you'll be part of a dynamic team where the core mission is to boost people power. You'll have the possibility to work closely with the HR Business Partner, supporting them on various projects and activities. Are you willing to take the challenge? About the job You'll support the HR team on the following activities: Support on HR admin activities. Sales agents management, which includes monitoring agent performance, providing feedback for improvement, handling agent inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records of agent activities and performance metrics, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new agents. Work alongside HR Business Partners in business support activities and HR project management. About You In order to succeed in this role, we believe you need to have: Master's Degree in Economics, Law, or a Humanistic background. At least 12 months of experience in related topics. Passion for HR topics. Curiosity, proactivity, and being a team player. Excellence in execution and a structured way of working. Fluency in English.
