We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to support our growing team in Italy.

This is a mid-to-senior-level role with a focus on leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational growth during a dynamic phase of company integration and expansion.

Your Mission: This is a mid-to-senior-level role with a focus on leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational growth during a dynamic phase of company integration and expansion.

Your Tasks: Support Leadership Development: Guide and coach team leaders transitioning from technical roles to managerial positions.

Help them develop people management and leadership skills.

Manage Conflict: Act as a mediator and advisor to resolve conflicts within and between teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.

Optimize HR Processes: Organize and maintain HR data, manage personnel costs, and streamline workflows for our growing team.

Lead Recruitment Efforts: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including active sourcing from competitors.

Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new employees effectively.

Your Profile: Mid-to-senior level HR experience, ideally in a growing or transitional company.

Proven ability to support leadership teams and mediate conflicts effectively.

Language: Fluency in Italian and acceptable English proficiency.

Conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills.
