We are an international company with HQ in Treviso area, leader in apparel, shoes and sport accessories with a strong brand.

To improve our HR Dept.

we are searching for an

HR SPECIALIST who will act as a member of the HR Team and be the focal point for the assigned areas and/or processes.

Essential Responsibilities are: Support the HR Manager and HR BP in daily activities related to selection, training and development of staff; Selection: conducting independently selection processes related to blue collars and white collars; Training: supporting in picking up training needs, and organizing training courses to employees; Development: supporting HR Manager in all HR agenda; Helping Managers and Directors in managing all HR issues in their functions.

Qualifications/Requirements University Degree Previous work experience in HR Dept roles (maximum 5 years) Good knowledge of English language and office automation Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks Directly hired by the company with a determined period employment contract, AGS aligned with the market and previous track record (13 months + company welfare system).

Flexible working hours.

The company is based in northern area of Treviso.

The search is done in respect of Italian Law 903/77.
