Within the Human Resources team of the Compressor Division and reporting directly to Italy HR manager of the Compressor Technique business area, the HR Specialist is responsible for the following activities: - Talent acquisition: managing the full selection process, from drafting and publication of job vacancies to preparing the hiring letter for the final candidate, including scouting and involvement of any external suppliers.
- Employer branding: managing contacts with training institutes, agencies or other entities for participation in physical and digital events (e. g.
career day); developing content to improve AC Italia's visibility on digital channels (e. g.
LinkedIn, websites, etc. )
in partnership with the Communication team. - Onboarding and offboarding activities: organizing and monitoring the various steps of the process with particular focus on the induction plan, involving other functions and using the Staffing Cloud tool. - Relocation: for any project (e. g. , local +, IPPD) management of the immigration process, acting as a contact person for both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Training: support in organizing training initiatives and managing related back-office activities, including cost reporting.
- Policy and Procedures: maintenance and updating of employee and HR-related documentation, including taking care of its presentation on the company intranet.
- HR KPIs reporting and monitoring: for reporting on recruiting activities and any other HR processes, also using HR Link and Learning Link systems. - Employee documentation: preparation of recruitment letters and contracts and management of related archives (e. g. , work-from-home agreements, increase letters, area changes, VCs, etc.
). - Support to HR Manager: cross-functional support in managing annual processes (e. g. , Performance & Development, Insight Survey) and special projects.
