We welcome great ideas—but expect you to own them and make them happen. About the Role As an HR Specialist at Huawei's Consumer Business Division, you will support HR operations across Europe, focusing on recruitment, outsourcing management, employee relations, and organizational culture.

This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about creating a positive work environment and handling diverse HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Europe) Manage hiring processes across European offices, sourcing top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers and local teams to identify needs and conduct interviews.

Outsourcing Management (Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, Portugal) Oversee third-party vendors for recruitment and temporary staffing.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and service agreements.

Employee Relations & Culture (Italy) Address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence.

Foster a collaborative, engaging work environment aligned with Huawei's values.

Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.

Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to boost engagement. What You Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree 1+ year of HR experience Fluency in English, Chinese, and Italian Passion for HR and people development Open, proactive, and adaptable mindset Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environmentOffer: Location: Milan, Italy Contract Type: 1 year with renewable - Outsourcing contract powered by Randstad Italia SpA (please apply only if you're open to this type of arrangement).
