**Job Description**:

For our Human Resources team in Italy, we are looking for a HR Specialist to join us temporarily.

Some of the key responsibilities:

- Maintains employee data and documentation in compliance with local regulations, with accuracy and in a timely manner for EMEA employees with focus on Italy,

- Administers HR processes and keeps the data updated in Workday and on government platforms

- Issues related HR documentation and reports

- Supports employees in navigating various systems and HR processes,

- Ensures the quality of service in accordance with the company's standards,

- Prepares and maintains process documentation,

- Closely collaborates with EMEA HR and Payroll, and local HR departments,

- Prioritizes tasks, respects deadlines, and communicates with other team members,

- Implements process improvement to increase efficiency and deals with escalations

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

- University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Business Administration, Law ) or equivalent business-related experience.

- Previous HR administrative experience highly appreciated

- Experience in international environment (with team members in other countries) preferred

- Communicative English and Italian language skills

- Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
