- _Air & Sea - transportation by air and sea_
- _Road - transportation by road_
- _Solutions - warehousing and logistics services_
- For our office in _**_Pioltello (MI)_**_ we are looking for a _**_HR _**Specialist
**_Your Responsibility:_
- _Identify hiring needs_
- _Drafting job description together with hiring manager_
- _Conducting interviews_
- _Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions_
- _Working together with temp agency and head-hunters_
- _Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to HR Director_
- _Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"_
**_Your Background:_
- _Educated to degree level or equivalent_
- _Good English knowledge_
- _Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)_
- _Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)_
- _A working knowledge of employment law and legislation_
- _Good Microsoft Office knowledge_
**_Soft Skills:_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Organizational skills_
- _Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality_
