**About the Role

Within the **ACMA HR Department**, we are selecting a recent graduate for a 6-month internship, supporting the HR Business Partner.

The internship aims to provide knowledge of the main management processes, mindset, and approach of an HR Specialist.

The activities of the internship will include:

- Support in the recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes of new employees;

- Support in the training and talent development activities (planning, organization and tracking);

- Support in the organizational design and internal communication activities;

- Preparation and updating of HR KPI reports to support people management.

**What You Need to Be Successful

- Master's Degree in Economics or similar;

- Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;

- Familiarity in data analysis and interpretation;

- Excellent spoken and written Italian and English;

- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR world in all its facets;

- Optimistic and proactive approach;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Ability to work in a team, collaboration, willingness to learn through feedback;

- Ability to organize one's work based on assigned priorities;
