**What you will enjoy doing

- Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Manage recruitment and selection processes and coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on policies and benefits

- Manage effective performance management systems

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, analyse HR data and provide reports on HR metrics

- Implement HR initiatives and policies to align with the organization's goals and objectives

**What makes you great

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 3+ years of experience in HR roles

- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with accuracy and strong attention to details

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to analyze data and produce reports

- Fluent knowledge of English language

- Excellent command of the Office Package, in particular Excel; and other tools for HR management
