Your responsibilities include: Supporting our properties in the recruitment process by providing them regular updates. Assist the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates. Coordinating candidate interviews with Managers. Advertising vacancies on our website and various recruitment channels. Managing the company's employee database and preparing reports. Assisting in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Supporting the team coordinating employee development plans and performance management. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Excellent communication skills. A positive mindset, self-drive, and initiative. Enthusiasm for travelling abroad. High performance when using the PC. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
