**About the role
As a HR Specialist you will be a member of Workforce Management Team in Italy within HR Services community that provides an HR administrative and pre-payroll support for 23 European countries.
The aim of the HR Specialist is to support Electrolux employees based on 7 Italian sites (Assago, Cerreto d'Esi, Forlì, Porcia & Pordenone, Solaro, Susegana); HR systems will be part of your daily tools and will allow you to keep track of an organise valuable information as well as data quality.
Together with your local & remote team, you will make sure we take care of our employees and that we turn employee's life-cycle issues into solutions effectively and clearly.
**What will you do
- Supporting the team in the variety of activities connected to employee lifecycle processes;
- Creating employment contracts and other HR documents;
- Maintaining employee data in HR/payroll systems;
- Properly using ServiceNow as ticketing tool and answering to HR-related queries, clarifying HR policies & procedures as needed;
- Directing queries to an appropriate specialist or team while maintaining ownership of the cases;
- Delivering HR information and transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Work closely with Payroll team for the completion of the Personnel Administration actions;
- Engagement in Continuos improvement initiatives & HR projects and their implementation as requested
- Keeping a high focus on customer service at all times and building good relations with stakeholders
**Experiences & Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Human Resources or in Economics;
- Previous experience in an HR/payroll department, the good knowledge of HR systems like Workday, Sap, Service Now would be an asset;
- Thorough knowledge of an Italian labour legislation/metal mechanical industry national agreement is a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (esp.
MS Word & MS Excel);
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail;
- Very good command of English written and spoken
