**About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic intern to join our growing team in the role of** HR Strategic Advisory Intern. ** This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field and gain hands-on experience in advising HR Directors on their digital transformation roadmap.
**Key responsibilities
- ** Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR and digital tools. Analyze data to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Create comprehensive reports and documentation outlining strategic recommendations, action plans, and key insights.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless set up of the business line and the delivery of strategic advisory services.
- ** Learning and Development**: Stay abreast of industry developments, attend relevant workshops or webinars, and actively seek opportunities for continuous learning to contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- ** Client Engagement**: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to enhance your understanding of client needs and contribute to the development of impactful solutions.
- ** Client Support**: Assist in providing strategic advisory support to our clients' stakeholders by understanding their organisational goals, challenges, and helping to design tailored digital transformation strategies.
**Duration**:
This is a 6 month internship with the possibility of a full time hire based on performance.
**About you
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e. g. Economics, Management Engineering)
- Strong interest in HR, digital transformation, and strategic advisory services
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Professional fluency in English
- Familiarity with HR technology and digital tools is a plus
