A prestigious international company based in Rome is looking for
**Posizione**:
**Mission
**Main Accountabilities
- Study, propose, suggest and define new organizational models requested by evolving business models and strategic direction.
- Coordinate Change Management activities with a project management approach.
- Design/review processes/micro-organization
- Ensure the HR data quality and the continuous updating/reporting.
- Closely work with central/local HR teams and the Group to evaluate HR implications.
- Support the definition of Headcount budget according to business/organization needs.
- Share knowledge within all HR teams.
- Contribute to internal/external hiring process.
**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- 5/7 years' experience in similar role within multinational companies/structured consultancy firms.
- Master's degree preferably in Economics or Engineering.
- PM, reporting and analytics tools, agile/change management methodologies.
- Business Process Re-engineering/organization analysis techniques (scenario evaluation, workload analysis, RACI, Competencies mapping).
- Fluency in English.
