Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the HR Department in preparing and presenting Metrics & Reports as is & to be

- Support in daily activities (electronic data transmission, account creation on ERP Workday, etc. . )

- Support on the onboarding and offboarding processes

- Support on the new hires' management (Induction plan)

- Support the HRBP in the Performance Management process

- Support in drawing up internal communications

- Support the HRBP in Wellness Program related activities

- Support to the General Service team

- We offer a fixed term contract of 18 months

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Economics or Humanistic field; Master degree in Human Resources would be an asset

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Support

- Previous experience in a multinational company

- General knowledge of HR trends

- Preferably possess following skills: curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, team working, priority setting and time management capabilities, adaptability, driving for results, personal learning

- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
