You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes.
In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

This is an entry level role within the HR function of our plant based in Capriata D'Orba (AL), where we produce iconic brands such as Oro Saiwa, TUC, Cipster and Ritz.
It's a great opportunity for a person willing to start a career into a well-structured and competitive multinational company.
**What you need to know about this position**:
You will be managing, among others:
- Administration of all the operative tasks related to the training and upskilling of the local workforce (mostly blue collars).
- Close relationship with our payroll team, providing updated documentation and information whenever necessary.
- Ad-hoc support to the whole HR function.
**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
We are looking for someone passionate about delivering HR services within a fast-moving environment.
Flexibility, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude are must to have soft skills for this exciting and challenging role.
**Education / Certifications**:
Degree in Law, HR management or relevant field
(preferred) master in HR management
**Job specific requirements**:
At least a previous stage experience into the HR function, preferably into a Fast-Moving Consumer Good / Food & Beverage company.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
