**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- 5 years of experience in HR fields preferably within NATO;

- Accuracy and attention to details and excellent organizational skills;

- Excellent knowledge of English language.

**Duties/role**:

- Issuing CMRE ID cards to CMRE staff;

- Generating attendance/leave records based on data extracted from the Time Accounting System and leave requests/medical certificates;

- Generating/modifying MS Excel reports and providing help-desk to users;

- Ensuring leave records are kept up to date;

- Briefing newly recruited staff in respect to the regulations and policies on attendance/leave and the record system;

- Filling correspondence and documents on a regular and orderly basis, assisting in the maintenance of personnel files and archiving activities ensuring protection of personal data;

- Organizing the initial medical check for newly recruited staff, organizing the annual/diving medical-fitness examinations with the local Medical Centre, as well as the monthly consultations with the Centre Medical Consultant, arranging for any extra tests/initial medical exams, issuing related payments, etc.

- Providing routine guidance and advice on general HR issues to staff affiliated to CMRE.
