Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the Labour Relations team

- Support on the contract drafting

- Support on the management of external workers

- Support on the management and improvement of internal procedures

- Support the HRBP in Wellness Program related activities

- Support the HRBPs in daily activities (electronic data transmission, account creation on ERP Workday, etc. . )

- Support teams and individual's development plan

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, or Humanistic field; Master degree in Human Resources would be an asset

- Previous experience in HR would be an asset

- General knowledge of HR trends

- Preferably possess following skills: curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, team working, priority setting and time management capabilities, adaptability, driving for results, personal learning

- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
