What you will do
We are dedicated to optimizing our human resources systems and processes to empower our workforce and drive organizational success. We are seeking a skilled Specialist HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead strategic initiatives in HR system management and optimization. As HR Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR systems' performance, functionality, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for HR platforms, particularly focusing on Docebo, with a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects, as well as their strategic implications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation, enhancement, and integration of HR systems.
Main Activities
- Support HR systems, with a focus on Docebo, ensuring optimal functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain expertise in HR platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define system requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support materials to enable effective system adoption and utilization across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing optimization initiatives.
What you need to succeed
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Docebo.
- Proven knowledge of HR platforms, including configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong resilience, ability to challenge status quo, initiate and drive continuous change, and a spirit of evolution
- Fluent English Language
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional HR systems (Workday) preferred. We could provide ad hoc training on Workday as well for specific projects and modules.
