We are now looking for an HR SYSTEMS MANAGER that will be part of the HR Capabilities & Systems Team and will be responsible for developing the digital adoption within the HR Community in Valentino leveraging our Global HR information system suite.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Main point of contact for Regional HR key users to address complex requests and delivering global projects, with a specific focus on HR Planning and Talent Management processes
HR process monitoring through our Global HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors), hire to retire, budget & planning, Talent & Development and Recruiting processes
Guide the Process owners and Business Partners to transform the business need into User processes
Training support to all Key users to provide the right Digital capabilities to the HR Community
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Academic background in Engineering, Economics, or Scientific fields related
5 years of experience in similar roles, both in consultancy companies and corporate firms
Functional and Technical knowledge on the HR Management suites (SAP SuccessFactors or Workday preferred)
Proved experience on HR process design, digital adoption in HR area and System Integration topics (Global VS Local requirements definition and functional analysis)
Fluent English required
Excel and Office365 package
Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support the HR community worldwide.
