Synergie Italia, TORINESE DIREZIONALE is looking for a candidate for a company operating in the TECH sector for the role of HR TALENT & DEVELOPMENT.

Position The candidate will be inserted into the HR Department, Talent & Development Division, with a particular focus on training development, welfare, and diversity & inclusion.

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for creating and preparing reports related to the team's activities, timely updating of collaborator information in various business sectors for activating incentive plans, career advancements, and onboarding training.

Design and implement training programs for the development of technical and transversal skills, in agreement with managers.

Coordinate internal and external training, managing suppliers and e-learning platforms, and any funded training plans while monitoring the effectiveness of training activities through KPIs, reporting to the relevant HR Office.

Requirements Requirements:

Degree in Humanities or Economics3 years of experience in HR Training and Development. Passion for the world of Human Resources, proactivity, precision, and ability to withstand stress, problem-solving, and predisposition to teamwork. Reliability in following instructions accurately, multitasking ability, and adaptability to a dynamic environment with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of main IT systems, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ideal Candidate A dynamic, organized, and effective person who shares values: authenticity, excellence, initiative. We are looking for a proactive profile in finding new ideas & solutions in the HR team. Good knowledge of the English language (plus). Other Information We offer:

Level and Salary will be commensurate with previous experience.

Work location: offices in Milan or Turin

Working hours: full-time 40h from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
