To reinforce our HR department, we are looking for a **Talent and Development Specialist** to join our team with the **aim to develop, implement and deliver end to end processes and approaches** that can facilitate business achievement, people development and employee engagement.

The main tasks of the job will be:

- Design, review and implement an innovative talent management strategy: performance management, talent review, competences assessment, development paths.

- Implement initiatives and programs to reward Talents, support internal growth and elevate leadership skills.

- Assess learning and development needs for proposing and preparing programs, activities, and tools with an accurate project management approach.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through KPIs and adjust as required.

- Provide support to HRBP to facilitate people management and development.

- Work with HR team to align the business strategy and organizational needs with the appropriate leadership development and change management actions.

- Marketing and communication of initiatives.

- Plan and coordinate logistics.

- Work effectively with HCM Digital Platform.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

- Bachelor's degree

- 3-5 years' experience in Talent Management and/or Learning

- Strong collaboration skills

- Continuous improvement mindset

- Ability to run, evaluate and correct complex projects

- Data driven and structured approach
