As an HR Intern, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Strategy focusing on the day-to-day and the Learning & Development goals of the company.

Anchor continuous learning culture through new activation and delivery models to accelerate learner empowerment. Coordinate learning investments & KPIs Review applications on ATS system and accordingly process candidates. Participate in organizing campus events and careers days. Support the TA strategy with effective interviews to ensure that main recruitment KPIs are met.   Work on Employer Branding iniatives and campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or similar field. Previous experience in HR an advantage. Ability to be a team player, being supportive, action-oriented, problem-solving and entrepreneurial. Ability to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with different priorities. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Good level Microsoft Office skills (PPT; Excel; Word, Outlook).   Fluent in Italian and English.
