Talent Development Specialist An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Development Specialist based in Milan, reporting to the Global HR Director. This role will focus on delivering impactful training, engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to support employee development and foster a high-performing culture. This global role ensures alignment with TFF business objectives and adheres to Group guidelines while driving meaningful organizational growth Key Accountabilities Identify skill gaps and future capabilities required, aligning learning initiatives with business strategies. Ensure the development of employee skills and capabilities across all organizational levels, leveraging Group programs wherever possible. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure training consistency and local relevance. Support the implementation of Group engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to address identified areas of improvement. Act as a cultural ambassador, driving initiatives that align with the company's values and enhance the employee experience. Oversee the global performance management process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and promotes a culture of continuous feedback and development. Provide guidance to managers and employees on setting objectives, conducting reviews, and fostering career growth. Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies for improvement. Drive the implementation of Group DEI initiatives in line with ESG targets. Track metrics to measure progress in achieving DEI objectives. Partner with leadership to integrate DEI principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development or HR roles, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry. Proven experience in training, performance management, engagement, and DEI areas. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Outstanding communication and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships across different cultures and geographies. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
