The resource within HR Corporate Team, will support in Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Training and Development activities:

**Main activities**:

- Provides support in recruitment, selection and Employer Branding activities through the use of supporting tools (ATS; HCM;ERP)

- Coordinates relationships with partner universities, job fairs, and training providers for HR services

- Designs, plans, and manages training activities (online, offline) and related provider, managing in case of funded interprofessional training also activities and relationships with plan administrators

- The resource supports relative to organizational changes and keeps the published organizational chart updated

- Provides support in defining training and career development needs

- Ensures that HCM is constantly updated with relevant information

- The resource performs reporting activities related to the processes of Search & Selection, Training & Development

**Education**:

Degree in in Law, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Languages
