The HR Talent Partner Trainee will have the opportunity to provide strategic consulting and support the business needs.

The position is based in our HQ in Bologna, Italy.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- The HR Talent Partner Trainee will join our Talent Team to support our diverse business sectors to attract and engage top talent in the market.

- The trainee will support activities related to our Learning & Development and Recruitment area

- Supporting the organization to streamline the best on boarding process for all new joiners.

- Support our HRBP with Equality & Inclusion programs and projects.

- Assist the team with daily administration and being a proactive member in networking and working with external suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Digital Mindset

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Marketing, or any related humanities field.

- High organizational skills

- A previous short experience in HR area is considered a plus

- Fluent in English (B2+/C1 level required) and Italian
