The HR Talent Partner Trainee will have the opportunity to provide strategic consulting and support the business needs.

The position is based in our HQ in Zola Predosa, Italy.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- The HR Talent Partner Trainee will join our Talent Team to support our diverse business sectors to attract and engage top talent in the market

- Supporting the organization to streamline the best onboarding process for all new joiners

- Assist in the management of apprenticeships

- Support in specific projects for Training and Development

- Assist the team with daily administration and being a proactive member in networking and working with external suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Student or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Marketing, or any related humanities field.

- High organizational skills

- Digital Mindset

- Fluent in English (B2+/C1 level required) and Italian
