Hr Total Rewards Analyst
Marsh is seeking for a bright and passionate Professional to join our organization for a Regional role as Total Rewards Analyst for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa.

**We will count on you to**:
- Provide support to the Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa Total Rewards Team and HR in all aspects of Reward, including Year-End review, projects, and market analysis.
- Prepare analytics, benchmarking, market analysis and producing recommendations and proposals.
- Generate materials for presentations to managers and senior business leaders.
- Act as an expert resource during the Year-End process (salary and bonus review), by ensuring timelines are met and guidelines are followed, auditing data and answering questions, or escalating where appropriate.
- Generate and interpret complex reports from large databases to manage employee data, and external market information.
- Support Reward projects, which may include employee benchmarking, pay analysis and ad hoc business requests, conducting researches on Reward practice and emerging trends
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
A Master in HR is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience in HR Total Rewards, preferably with international exposure in Comp&Ben dept.
- Highly organized, able to work on multiple priorities and with tight deliverable timeline.
Project Management skills are considered a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills, attentions to details.
Able to manage large and often complex data in a highly organized and structured manner
- Ability to interpret data, and distill findings / analytics into a clear, brief and easily digestible format that aids decision making, and can be presented to senior audiences
- Ability to anticipate requirements, building upon prior experience in a similar level analyst role
- Great interpersonal skills
