The Mondovì plant focuses on the production of Powertrain Systems (Dual Mass Flywheels Clutches). As a HR Trainee in Valeo Mondovì, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies in the automotive product development field, in an international and multicultural environment. Mission: Assist Site HR Manager in a variety of activities related to different HR areas and play a connecting role between HR and employees; Support communication activities, internal event organization, and employer branding initiatives; Coordinate HR training and other development activities; Support the implementation of the HR Valeo Standard referential in the Engagement of Personnel. Desired skills and experience: Education: Psychology/Economics/Law/Communication/Education Sciences Degree, with interest and passion for the Human Resources area. Competences required: Excellent skills in analysis and planning, proactive behavior, interest in testing yourself in an international context; good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, Excel). Language: Italian mother tongue, fluent in English.
