Hr Training Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Within the **Human Resources Department** of Bulgari Headquarters based in **Rome**, we are looking for an **HR Training Administrator (Temporary Contract)**.
- Proactively guarantee the timely execution of the planned training sessions (in any format), by interfacing trainees, internal trainers/involved departments and external providers, in all the steps of the learning processes (e. g.
scheduling, enrolment/invitation/monitoring, organization and monitoring of sessions including support to webinars, creation and/or coordination of training materials, collection and processing of trainees' feedback, sharing of course materials, collection of attendances and data recording)
- Act as administrator of the assigned courses in e-learning platforms
- Carry out and guarantee all the administrative steps to get reimbursements of training costs through the dedicated funds and consultants;
- Keep track and analyze any further requests of training and follow all the steps, once the request gets the approval;
- Act as reference point for the Training & Development teams in administrative, reporting and operational activities;
- Support the operational steps of budgeting and expenditure check for training & development;
- Guarantee the use of document repositories and other innovative tools to constantly manage and improve the sharing of information, reporting and analysis about training
- Interface external providers and Bulgari managers, trainees and other HR teams on all the organizational and informative aspects related to training
**Profile**:
**Qualifications**:
- University degree
- Knowledge of Training methodologies, new trends and tools
- Familiarity with training platforms and database
- Administrative skills, analysis and data crunching
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Fluency in Italian and English
