General Role
Main responsibilities
- In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
- Stand out as Role Model of Hermès values and culture, showing highest integrity and ethical behaviour, embodying brand image with an excellent grooming and attitude;
- Contact attendees and representatives about upcoming training program(s);
- Organize training sessions, including operational aspects such as transfers, hotel reservations, catering and the preparation of all the documents and materials needed;
- Schedule the appropriate conference lines and/or rooms, and other logistics for presentations and trainings;
- Record and maintain attendance records;
- Update internal database regarding the Training program and related reporting activities;
- Support in managing the training sessions focused on Health& Safety;
- Partner with Training Manager to build online training survey and collect feedback;
- Give proof of creativity and liaise with Training Manager to improve the training experiences suggesting ideas;
- Preparing training aids such as agendas, instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids;
- Review training procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs and systems;
- Assist the Human Resource Department on other projects and initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's (required) and Master's degree (nice to have) in HR or similar;
- Previous experience, even short as an intern, in Training Division and/or HR is required;
- Strong computer, Microsoft Office, skills: in particular proficient with Excel and Power Point;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian and English, French would be an advantage;
- Very organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize his/her work autonomously;
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise;
- Very strong ethics and integrity;
- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information.
