Internship opportunity We are looking for an intern to join theHR Organizationoffice, that is dedicated toattracting, developing and retaining peopleto ensure the best possible match between their talents and expectations and the needs of the university.
Furthermore, the team manages the organization's development, being responsible for mapping and analyzing business processes, promoting efficiency, digital innovation and automation, and sustaining its compliance with the constant evolution of strategies and scenarios. The intern will:participate in HR transformation projects to support the adoption of new systems and technologies aimed at improving the employee experience, streamlining and digitizing HR processes; collaborate on projects related to the organizational and processes development to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; collaborate on the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedure, e. g.
the ones related to the workforce planning process and the weighing of job positions; provide support in the field of talent management, and in particular on employee development, training and professional growth programs.
support in drafting internal documentation, policies and procedures and manage the update of the company organizational chart.
gather and analyze data related to the HR ecosystem to identify trends, KPIs, best practices and areas of intervention, and to improve the decision making process. Requirements Graduated with a Master's Degreewith an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus); FluentinEnglishandItalian; Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital mindset; Previous short experiences inand/or knowledges ofproject management and/or digital transformationare considered a plus; Work/study/lifeexperience abroador in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus; Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with attention to detail.
