Internship opportunityWe are looking for an intern to join the HR Organization office, that is dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining people to ensure the best possible match between their talents and expectations and the needs of the university.

Furthermore, the team manages the organization's development, being responsible for mapping and analyzing business processes, promoting efficiency, digital innovation and automation, and sustaining its compliance with the constant evolution of strategies and scenarios. The intern will:participate in HR transformation projects to support the adoption of new systems and technologies aimed at improving the employee experience, streamlining and digitizing HR processes;collaborate on projects related to the organizational and processes development to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization;collaborate on the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedure, e. g.

the ones related to the workforce planning process and the weighing of job positions;provide support in the field of talent management, and in particular on employee development, training and professional growth programs. support in drafting internal documentation, policies and procedures and manage the update of the company organizational chart. gather and analyze data related to the HR ecosystem to identify trends, KPIs, best practices and areas of intervention, and to improve the decision making process. RequirementsGraduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus);Fluent in English and Italian;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital mindset;Previous short experiences in and/or knowledges of project management and/or digital transformation are considered a plus;Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus;Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with attention to detail.
