who collaborates with business leaders within the dedicated channel to bring critical thought leadership and perspective on the People & Culture strategy, organizational development, people development, people insights and (senior) talent acquisition, team and organization effectiveness and change management.
In this role, the HR Transformation Lead will translate business strategies and challenges into human capital strategies and human resources needs and effectively champion change to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives, moving between strategy and operational execution.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools within an important area of responsibility to meet business needs.
Specify the design and manage development and implementation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework.
- Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans across the program to identify relevant stakeholders, to create mutually supportive working relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice at both project and program levels.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Lead the creation of a strategic workforce plan for a national organization or international business segment to provide a framework for the sourcing and development of talent and to enable the delivery of the business strategy.
- Manage the delivery of a major part of the organization's project management program.
Take personal responsibility for a small number of business-critical projects.
**Requisiti**:
We'd like to meet analytical and structured person with strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work, good planning and coordination skills, ability to work in a dynamic, international and multidisciplinary team.
