Your roleWe are looking for a Welfare Intern who will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of employee well-being initiatives.

Main responsibilities:Supporting the development and execution of welfare programs to enhance employees' work-life balance and overall satisfaction. Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of existing welfare initiatives, collecting feedback from employees and stakeholders. Conducting research on best practices and trends in employee welfare to bring innovative ideas to the team. Collaborating with different departments to ensure welfare programs meet employees' needs and align with company goals. Preparing reports and presentations to measure the impact of welfare activities and suggest areas for improvement. Contributing to communication campaigns to promote welfare initiatives and increase employee engagement. Main requirements:You are passionate about creating a positive impact on employees' well-being. You have a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges. You enjoy working in a team and thrive in collaborative environments. Strong organizational and analytical skills to support the development and evaluation of welfare initiatives. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. An interest in exploring innovative approaches to employee welfare and engagement.
