**You role**:

We are looking for a motivated HRBP reporting to the Country HR Head!

In this role youwill provide a comprehensive HR Partnering to Guidonia Site (Healthcare R&D site with more than 400 employees) to support the achievement of a wide range of strategic objectives: recruitment (including international recruitment and transfer), staffing, training and development, administration, compensation and benefit, employee communications and union relations ensuring effective management of staff in compliance with local legislation and corporate requirements and to help management in crafting a positive work environment for employees!

**Who you are**:

- Business, Political Science, Law or other equivalent degree with professional HR qualification.

Master in HR as a plus

- 4-9 years' experience within an HR function for fast paced organizations.

Shown success in delivering a variety of HR solutions in multicultural environments.

Track record of achieving target on time and to the highest standard of accuracy and presentation

- People management experiences

- Experience in administration of large volumes of data and paperwork

- Sound knowledge and experience of relevant legislative and labor relations requirements, of Italian law and national jobs contracts

- Niched knowledge in all areas of HR with experience of working in multinational organizations

- Highly developed communication, counselling, mentoring, influencing and interviewing skills.

Ability to keep up to date in developing hanging environment, to balance priorities and propose own initiatives.

Mediation and IT skills

- Proficient in Italian and high standard of written and spoken English
