HR Business Partner (HRBP) Italy and Spain We are looking for a motivated and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support one of our commercial channels in the EMEA region, while taking on HR responsibility for Italy and Spain. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as an HRBP, who is ready to take a significant step forward in their career. Excellent English language skills are essential, knowledge of Spanish would be seen as an asset. Job Description: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and initiatives within your channel in the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic partner to the Channel Director EMEA, providing expert advice and support to drive business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness, while also being responsible for all HR related topics in the Italy and Spain region. You will report directly to the Commercial HR Director EMEA. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR strategic partner for the channel in the EMEA region Collaborate with the Channel Director EMEA to align HR strategies with business objectives Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals Provide strategic HR insights and guidance to management Keep the organisation's structure aligned with strategy Promote employee engagement and well-being through strategic initiatives Manage performance review cycles and talent management programs Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HRBP Proven potential in strategic HR management Excellent English and Italian language skills, both written and spoken Good knowledge of Spanish is an absolute asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to travel within the EMEA region What We Offer: A dynamic and challenging work environment Competitive salary, a bonus and benefits package (including a car) Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and engaged international team A fun-centric, engaging HR policy that ensures a positive and enjoyable workplace J-18808-Ljbffr
