Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the HRBP work of the commercial& sales team of the Jinko Energy Storage Division, carrying out human resources work such as employee relations management, recruitment and configuration, performance management, training and development, corporate culture construction, policy promotion, etc. , combined with business development needs, to help improve business efficiency and achieve business goals; Organize and promote the establishment of the local office and global service center in Milan; Follow headquarters' development plan, participate in the formulation of the local's human resources planning, annual human resources goals, and related plans; Improve the company's human resources management rules and regulations, and promote the implementation of the system; Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related.

5-10 years international HRBP experience in large enterprises, with experience serving European fast-growing commercial teams preferred; Having a solid professional foundation, familiar with various modules of human resources work, and possessing relevant experience in local employment policies, recruitment configuration, performance management and development modules; Has good communication skills, systematic thinking ability, self-driven, results oriented, strong execution and stress resistance ability; Language: Fluent skills in both Spanish and English, in oral and written.
