JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will provide support to the Regional HR EMEA Team in particular within the Optical Retail Market to help build and implement the people strategy, provide advice on key people issues, and coordinate with Country Human Resources to optimize all the HR processes. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: You will support the HR BP in all the different HR processes & project across the EMEA Region for the Retail Optical Market You are going to take part in the Performance & Talent Management process You will give support in all the Compensation and Performance Management processes: Salary Review, MBO, Long Term Incentives. You will take active part in the integration process that will involve the whole Region in terms of Data Quality and HR Organizational Structure.
