We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst IT HR for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
He/she will have a strong background in Human Resources processes and a keen interest in HR technology.
Ideally, he/she also has experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HR software platform.
Experience in highly complex companies and/or experience in the cruise world is an asset; Experience with the Success Factor platform and/or Learning and development platforms is an asset; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred; Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes; Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms; Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; Responsibilities:
HR Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions, with a focus on SuccessFactors or related platforms. Configure and customize systems to meet HR needs. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users on new system features and functionalities. Address user inquiries and issues promptly. Change Management: Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end-users. VISA REQUIREMENTS:
