Hris Project Manager
POSITION
**The HRIS Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of the HRIS platform and other HR related systems at a global level.
Acts as Project Manager for the development of digital HR projects.
**Collaborates with the HR and IT departments in order to develop functional requirements, create custom reports and provide training to the users.
Collaborates with the HRIS team in LVMH in order to implement Group systems in Loro Piana and to manage the already existing Group HR systems.
PROFILE
**HR Information Systems projects
- **Is responsible for the development and implementation of HRIS projects and collaborates with LVMH team and Loro Piana IT department in all the HRIS integration processes
- **Manages the development and implementation of digital HR projects, in partnership with IT
- **Identifies areas of opportunity in order to improve existing HRIS processes, functionalities and work-flows.
Maximizes technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency
- **Collaborates with IT department on a project to upgrade the HRIS system from SAP HR to SuccessFactors.
Acts as the interface between the HR department and IT ensuring that the requirements of HR are fully considered
**HR data governance
- **Is responsible for the governance of HR data and ensures accuracy and completeness of the end-to-end process of data management.
Is the contact person for data owners both for HQ and for the Regions
- **Proposes innovative solutions that can optimize data quality and reduce manual processes and operational risk
- **Develops a regular monthly audit schedule to review the integrity of people data in the HR systems and databases
**Training
- **Provides on-the-job and formal training to human resource data system users
- **Creates and maintains documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end users
**External Benchmark
- **Identifies best practices related to HRIS management.
Scouts and proposes innovative solutions
**People management
- **Manages junior resources providing constructive feedback
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
**Skills and abilities required**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology or related field
- **At least 5 years of work experience in HR Consultancy or in Human Resources department in a complex and international context
- **Very good knowledge of HR processes
- **Knowledge of SuccessFactors.
Experience with SAP HR is a plus
- **Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- **Excellent interpersonal skills, teamworking attitude, analysis, problem solving and flexibility skills
- **Fluent English
