**IL RUOLO**:
Advance the People Teams impact by delivering a full HRIS programme within a cluster of European countries aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.
The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.
We are looking for an outstanding** Project Manager**, with experience in planning, supporting and gathering of business requirements, creating project schedules, estimating, execution, implementation, and service transition to the relevant HRIS solution.
This role will be responsible for the programme throughout the country and in other territories supported.
This individual will work closely with the functional people groups and 3rd parties of multinational teams and other supporting roles to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the European HRIS project.
**Principali Responsabilità**:
- Meeting with key stakeholders to communicate and manage project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans to guide project teams based on changing needs and requirements
- Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
- Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
- Deliver projects using a variety of different methodologies, depending on the type of project
- Successfully manage and deliver projects in a complex retail environment
- Liaise with multinational functional heads in order to scope project requirements and ensure best practice is adopted and interdependencies across countries are recognised/optimised
- Work alongside functional heads to keep HRIS project to agreed time/cost/deliverable targets
- Control the storage and access of documented business processes related to the HRIS projects relevant functional areas/country
- Ensure the smooth transition of projects from development to support
- Produce and maintain MS project plans
- Management and appropriate communication of any related risks, issues and change requests
- Support the Program Manager with the collation of functional reporting and creation of weekly and monthly board level data
**Requisiti**:
- Experience of being involved in complex projects or change programmes
- Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in verbal, written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure, ever changing environment
- Experience of working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Project Management experience in a Retail or HR environment is prefferable
- Skilled in the use of MS Office including MS Project, Sharepoint and Visio
- Fluent in Italian and English (French would be a plus)
