We are currently seeking a Trainee (extracurricular) - HRIS Support and Analyst JR, reporting directly to P&C Technology Generalist to join our HRIS team based in Rome Operating Center, Italy. About the JobThe HRIS Support and Analyst Junior Trainee belongs to the team of HRIS generalists. During six months of the Train, he/she sits within HR managers and experts, and will assist and support the HRIS Manager to:Improve data qualitySupport HR campaignsDrive continuous improvementWe offer you not only a Train, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people. About YouHe/she is involved in the following activities:Data quality and integrity: checks integration issues (interface between 2 systems) and data quality dashboards.

Participation to projects related to data quality. Preparation of HR campaigns (salary increase, performance appraisal, . . . ) in several countriesCreation of user guides and training HR communitySupport to the HRIS manager with the resolution of some specific issuesWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Economics or Management EngineerLanguages: Fluent in EnglishMain Skills:Basic understanding of HR functions & the role of data in those functionsHigh integrity and ethics in handling confidential informationAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceWhat's next?
