We are recruiting for a HSE Coordinator for our Oil & Gas Project in Basilicata. Duties

- Monitoring the effective implementation of the HSE procedures and of the precaution indicated in the risk assessments and JSAs;

- Coaching the personnel at site about the new procedures;

- Participating to the HSE meetings as required;

- Distributing daily reports and sharing lesson learnt during daily pre start briefing;

- Carrying out daily site HSE inspections;

- Controlling the proper use of PPE at workplaces and report non-compliances;

- Providing assistance in case of incidents at workplaces and participating to the investigation as required;

- Informing about any HSE violation found at workplaces and fill in proper report of violation;

- Creating a transparent and cooperative relation with Construction Team providing professional advice and support;

- Pro-actively advising on environmental, occupational health and safety aspects during the planning ofall Work activities;

- Leading systematic workplace verification inspections;

- Spending a minimum of eighty (80) percent of their time at Work locations monitoring compliance and providing coaching on HSE procedures, reinforcing best practices on environmental and safe work, sharing lessons learned and reinforcing positive behaviours;

- Exercising Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions or behaviours in the field are identified.

- 3/4 years of experience as HSE supervisor in International Projects in the oil & gas industry or international general contractors

- Tecnical degree

- Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential

- Team player with leadership, motivational and technical skills

- Knowledge of HSEMS implementation (PTW, JSA preparation, TBT, hazardous substances management, work at height, confined space, etc. )

We offer 8 month fixed term contract. Place of work:
