Mission:The HSE Coordinator is responsible for promoting and ensuring the health and safety of Voltalia workers and subcontractors, compliance with environmental requirements, and continuous improvement processes to satisfy stakeholders while ensuring legal compliance. Responsibilities:Cover the RSPP role. Ensure the implementation in the local organization of the HSE Policies, Procedures, and HSE documentary organization defined by Voltalia Group. Monitor rules and other national and European normative and ensure the implementation of applicable national and international HSE regulations (ENHESA). Oversee and maintain Voltalia Italia's legal and contractual documentation, i. e. , permits, licenses, authorizations, and other documentation relevant to the QHSE scope. Conduct Risk Assessments for all occupational health and safety activities. Develop the HSES Master plan for projects. Participate in the development of Procedures and develop RAMS for Voltalia works and review the subcontractor's RAMS and HSE documentation. Support the corporate in the implementation of the HSES Plan. Supervise the management and update of O&M records and other documentation related to HSE: audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, training, etc. Draw up SOPs (operational safety plans), PEs (emergency plans), DVRs (Risk Assessment Documents) and all that is necessary and in accordance with current regulations. Maintain a database on health & safety accidents and their treatment. Immediately report any non-conformities or incidents and follow up with further investigation. Ensure the maintenance of existing certifications and continuously propose improvement initiatives in the ISO area. Conduct worker training in safety, health, environment, and quality. Select and manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for workers. Oversee the quality control of subcontractors, verifying their training and the regularity of required mandatory documentation. Supervise the implementation and effectiveness of action plans (corrective and preventive actions). Conduct QHSE monitoring of sites, with periodic visits to workplaces, inspections, and audits. Update reports related to Quality Health & Safety and Environmental KPIs on a monthly basis. Attend QHSE, internal, and external meetings with Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Customers. REQUIREMENTSEducation: Degree in related areas like Management or Engineering (Post Graduate studies in Quality, Safety and/or Environment is a plus). Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Health or Safety issues. Knowledge/Specific Training: Training in Health and Safety at Work and/or Environmental; Good knowledge of the law, regulations, and norms of Health and Safety Work.
