National HQ: Milan Employees: +600 About the Role: We are seeking for a HSE Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across our maritime projects.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.

Drafting of SAR reports, almost accident and incidents Oversee the selection, procurement, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors.

Provide support for the preparation of Safety and Health Plans (SHPs) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the maritime industry.

Standards certifications : 9001- 14001- 45001 Software : Pack Office (Excel, Word, …) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with maritime construction projects. . WHAT WE OFFER?
