**The team you will be a part of**:

The EHandS team designs, develops, implements and oversees the organization's environmental health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations.

**This role in summary**:

Ensure execution of H&S strategies, provide leadership and expertise on H&S matters within the factory.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Guarantee the compliance of the factory's operations with the law and corporate standards

- Implement an H&S strategy defined for their location

- Provide technical skills on H&S matters, implement safety standard for manufacturing facilitiies

- Support Corporate Compliance Audit programs to assess the status of workers and factory safety, industrial health and environmental protection programs

- Support implementation of the Ergonomics program

- Carry out EH&S risk evaluations

- Ensure fire prevention

- Establish and mantain relations of collaboration and negotiation with local associations

- Ensure EH&S standard implementation and support standard development within the factory

- Support integration of EH&S into the WCM

- Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation for his own population

- Ensure good team working environment, conflit negotiation and individual and group communication

- Ensure training and coaching on EH&S topics

- Ensure Knowledge Management within the factory

**Minimum requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in EHS in a manufacturing setting

- Previous experience as RSPP

- Fluency in English is a must

- Proven knowledge of EHS regulations

- Experience in large and complex plant environments

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering

- Experience in Word Class Manufacturing methodology is a strong plus

- Excellent problem solving skills.
