PurposeThe Global HSE Management System Specialist will be involved in the design and the implementation of the Chiesi Global HSE Management System in compliance with the ISO 14001 and 45001 standards all across the Company affiliates.
He/she will report to the Global Head of HSE Safety & Affiliates, will be based in Parma, available to travel internationally across the affiliate sites (>30% of the time).
Main Responsibilities• Coordinate the delivery of the Corporate HSE initiatives across the Chiesi affiliate sites;
• Support the implementation of global HSE policies and procedures;
• Ensure effective alignment in the HSE approach across the sites, including the definition of appropriate tools;
• Support the harmonization of HSE processes, such as Risk Assessment, Incidents reporting & investigation, HSE KPIs;
• Actively participate in the HSE audit plans.
Experience RequiredAt least one year in similar roles, preferably in complex and multi-site organisations.
EducationBachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
LanguagesFluent English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills• Knowledge of the relevant HSE standards (e. g.
ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
• Knowledge of the auditing techniques;
• Knowledge of HSE requirements in the industrial environment;
• Design thinking.
