JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As EHS Manager you will be responsible for all the aspects related to Health, Safety & Environment. You will oversee activities such as: Ensure a safe environment and prevent incidents. Ensure Legal Compliance to all EHS applicable laws and regulations. Facilitate and guarantee the application of Group EHS guidelines. Planning and organizing activities to assess and prevent work related risks by keeping the Risk Assessment updated according to Legislative Decree 81/2008. Develop and identify preventive and protective measures. Management of the Company's Occupational Safety Management System ISO 45001. Management of relations with Authorities and with external Certification Bodies. KPIs management and EHS Reporting to relevant Company functions and Authorities. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background in Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques, Safety and Prevention Engineering, Environmental Engineering. Qualification as RSPP is mandatory. At least 5 years of experience in EHS Departments and at least 3 years of experience as RSPP in manufacturing environments in Multinational Companies. Experience in Machine Industry sector will be considered a plus. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Knowledge of the Machinery Directive. Knowledge of ISO 45001. The candidate has already attended the RSPP's training course. Safety Trainer Qualification (Formatore Sicurezza sul Lavoro). Strong problem solving and Communication skills.
