Job DescriptionWe are looking for a HSE Manager to join our team and take responsibility for our Europe-wide portfolio of renewable energy assets, with the following detailed responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses. Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics. Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections. Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety. Manage emergency response plans and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management across Europe. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence others.
